This online ticketing allows its users (hereinafter referred to as “the user(s)”) to access various ticketing services for cultural events offered by the Inguimbertine library-museum, and thus to carry out various financial transactions. with the City of Carpentras.
Any order for entry fees made on the online ticketing site of the Inguimbertine library-museum is exclusively governed by these general conditions of sale.
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES
The buyer acknowledges having read these conditions of online sale prior to validating his order. Any validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the general conditions without exception. The town of Carpentras reserves the right to adapt or modify these specific online sales conditions at any time. In the event of modification, the conditions of sale in force on the day the order is placed will be applied to each order.
THE BUYER
The buyer declares to be a non-commercial natural person, aged at least 18 years old. The buyer must ensure that they complete the order form completely and accurately: in the event of an error in the wording of their contact details, the town of Carpentras cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it may find itself to send the product to the buyer. Furthermore, the city of Carpentras reserves the right to refuse any order from a buyer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The buyer must provide proof on the day of arrival of the pricing conditions from which he benefits (full price, reduced rate or free rate).
ARTICLE 1 - SERVICES
Tickets sold are valid individually. The service is detailed on the purchase site for each ticket.
An age range is specified for participating in certain cultural activities. In the event of non-compliance, the town of Carpentras reserves the right to refuse access to a child of an age greater than that indicated.
Each ticket purchased online is personal, nominative and non-transferable. It includes the name of its bearer, provided by the buyer at the time of online purchase. A valid identity document may be requested. In the event of no-show, access to the service may be refused. Tickets purchased for cultural activities, shows and conferences are free placement.
The buyer has the option of taking out a subscription (valid for 1 year from date to date). The subscription can be collected at the museum reception during the first purchase. Then for a renewal, this will be loaded directly onto the card issued during the first purchase.
The buyer must justify during his visit the pricing conditions he benefits from and present supporting documents (identity card, disability card, etc.). If the buyer cannot justify the application of the pricing conditions, he will have to pay the full price.
ARTICLE 2 - DURATION OF VALIDITY
Each ticket is valid only on the given day for the museum visit and for the day and time indicated on the ticket for other services (artistic practices and cultural workshops).
The buyer must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the time indicated on the ticket. After this time, the town of Carpentras no longer guarantees access to the event.
ARTICLE 3 - VISIT PRICES AND ORDER AMOUNT
Different types of rates are offered depending on the services. The total price upon validation of the order is the final price. Ticket prices and the total order price are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
ARTICLE 4 - ORDER
The online ordering procedure includes the following steps:
4.1 Obtaining entry tickets
The buyer selects the service of his choice. Ticket reservations are made online in real time. Users are informed in real time of ticket availability when placing their order.
In the basket, the “date selection” and “session selection” pages allow you to check that the tickets allocated to them correspond to their wishes. If these tickets do not suit them, they can cancel the order by clicking on the corresponding “cancel” button, provided they have not already made payment.
4.2 Account creation
To place an order, each buyer must be identified after having previously created a secure account using identifiers (login and password).
The creation of the account requires the communication of the necessary and mandatory information for processing the future order: first and last name, telephone number, email address, city, postal code and country.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided when ordering are correct.
Opening an account and using the Service are free (excluding any connection costs, the price of which depends on your electronic communications operator), with no obligation to purchase on the Site. Only the purchase of a ticket is chargeable, under the conditions provided for in the General Terms and Conditions.
4.3 Order summary
Once the operation is completed, an order summary is displayed.
It is up to the user to check the content of all the items in their shopping cart in the order summary as well as all the contact details provided before activating the order confirmation button. The user must also accept these general conditions of sale to continue their order. It then switches to the payment platform managed by the service provider, Payzen.
The buyer then makes online payment for their order by securely communicating their bank details (numbers, card validity date and cryptogram). In the event of refusal by the payment center concerned, the order is automatically canceled. Any payment of the order by the buyer constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the order which cannot be called into question.
4.4 Printing tickets
Tickets are available in PDF format after payment has been accepted.
Good print quality is necessary. Partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets are not accepted and considered invalid. To check the good print quality, the customer must ensure that the information written on the ticket as well as the bar code or QR code are clearly readable.
If the buyer chooses to download their entry fee to their mobile phone, they must ensure that their phone is optimized for displaying the e-ticket. Furthermore, the buyer cannot mention the loss, theft or malfunction of the mobile phone when presenting their entry ticket to access control.
ARTICLE 5 - TERMS OF PAYMENT AND PAYMENT
5.1 Payment terms
Payment for the order placed online can be made with any valid bank card accepted on the Site (the bank cards accepted on the Site are exclusively Carte Bleue Nationale, Mastercard or Visa). Any payment via the Site is subject to a security system in accordance with the payment protocol managed by the company Lyra SAS Network, publisher of the Payzen solution.
The user guarantees to the City of Carpentras that he has all the authorizations required to use the payment method he has chosen for online ticketing.
The City of Carpentras does not see or retain the user's bank card data and relies on its leading secure payment partner Lyra SAS Network to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted during online payment.
If the user's bank refuses to debit their bank account, their purchase will not be validated and the user will have to contact their banking establishment.
The user acknowledges that under no circumstances is the City of Carpentras responsible for payments that could be made fraudulently.
5.2 Payment transaction
The buyer's bank account is debited for the order amount upon acceptance of the transaction by the payment center.
As soon as the transaction is completed, the buyer is informed in the browser window that gave rise to the secure request. He receives a payment confirmation email.
ARTICLE 6 - ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as payment for the order is confirmed by the payment center, the buyer receives an email from the online ticket office of the city of Carpentras to the email address he indicated when placing his order, resuming contractual information.
The confirmation email constitutes “acknowledgment of receipt” of the order and contains the following information:

· the total amount of the order
Once the order is confirmed, the tickets are sent in a second email and available at any time in the buyer's personal space, on the site's online ticket office. Printing the confirmation page or the purchase confirmation email sent by the city of Carpentras to the buyer does not constitute a ticket. This document cannot under any circumstances serve as a ticket and allow access to establishments in the town of Carpentras.
ARTICLE 7: REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS
7.1 Cancellation by the buyer
Pursuant to article L.121-20-4, 2 of the Consumer Code, the buyer does not benefit from
of the 7-day withdrawal period provided for in article L.121-20 of the same code. Tickets purchased online are neither refundable, returned nor exchanged, even in the event of loss or theft or forgotten during the visit.
No refund will be granted following reservation errors made by the buyer on the online sales site of the city of Carpentras (date, price or service errors).
No refund will be granted to the buyer benefiting from a reduction and having paid the full price online.
7.2 Cancellation by the city of Carpentras
Due to security requirements assigned to it, the town of Carpentras reserves the right to close or modify its opening hours. In the event of force majeure, the city of Carpentras reserves the right to cancel or move a reservation. The city of Carpentras cannot be held responsible for any non-performance which originates from a case of force majeure considered as such by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals (natural disasters, major political events, national strikes, security reasons).
Upon announcement of the cancellation or change of date of the service for which the user purchased tickets and which is attributable to the City of Carpentras, the user accepts that the City of Carpentras may use the contact details entered during the reservation to keep them informed of the procedure to follow to obtain their exchange or refund. The right to reimbursement rests exclusively with the ticket buyer which is shown on the printable ticket at home and is not transferable.
ARTICLE 8 - LIABILITY
Unless there is a malfunction of the online sales site which is attributable to it, the city of Carpentras cannot be held responsible for any anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing, downloading or printing of the ticket, attributable either to the fact of the the buyer, either due to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party unrelated to the service, or due to a case of force majeure as defined in article 7 of these general conditions of sale.
In general, the City of Carpentras cannot be held responsible in the event of use of the Site by a user that does not comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 9 - EVIDENCE, CONSERVATION AND ARCHIVING
Computerized records, kept in the computer systems of the city of Carpentras or by any service provider of the latter, under reasonable security conditions will be considered as proof of the sales contract, its date, orders and payments made. . The archiving of orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful copy, in accordance with the article of the Civil Code.
